About Nzunzeni Trading

A construction partner that plans the work and works the plan

Nzunzeni Trading has been registered as a contractor since 2013. We deliver civil construction, electrical cable work, cleaning and waste removal, plant hire and passenger transport, so clients can deal with one accountable team instead of several.

Our approach is simple. Use tested methods, keep experienced supervisors on site, check the work as it goes and treat safety as part of the job rather than an afterthought.

  • Work planned and scheduled before we mobilise
  • Supervisors on site for the full duration
  • Quality checks at each stage, not only at the end
  • Safe working procedures on every job

Our cost effective strategy

Seven habits that keep a project on time and on budget

Cost overruns rarely come from one big mistake. They come from small things left unmanaged. This is how we manage them.

  1. Every job starts with a clear scope, a realistic programme and a method the whole team understands.

  2. Crews, tools and work areas are arranged so people spend their time building, not waiting.

  3. Experienced supervisors stay on site to guide the work, solve problems early and keep standards consistent.

  4. Materials and plant arrive when they are needed, which keeps sites tidy and avoids costly standing time.

  5. Work is inspected at each stage, so issues are fixed while they are still small and cheap to correct.

  6. We invest in the skills of our people, from general workers on site to the managers running projects.

  7. Safe working procedures protect our team, our clients and the public, and keep projects moving.

We strive to create work and to uplift individuals in the community through growth opportunities and hands-on leadership.
